Job Summary:

The Store Incharge cum Inventory Executive will be responsible for managing the overall store operations, maintaining proper inventory levels, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting the smooth flow of raw materials and finished goods for manufacturing and dispatch. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and coordination with purchase, production and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching of raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain proper inventory records in software and ensure stock accuracy through regular physical verification.
• Ensure proper stacking, labelling, and preservation of materials to avoid damage or loss.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and raise purchase requisitions in time to avoid shortages.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch departments for smooth material availability.
• Verify incoming material against purchase orders (quantity, quality, and specifications).
• Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), issue slips, stock registers, and other relevant documents.
• Implement and monitor FIFO methods for material issuance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and company policies in the store.
• Prepare and submit periodic inventory and stock reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree/ Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in store & inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of ERP/Inventory software and MS Office.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage manpower in the store and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Knowledge of uPVC/raw materials handling will be an added advantage.
