- Joining Formalities / On - Boarding Process /Resigning Formalities
- Induction & Welcome Program of New Employee
- Personal File Management
- Daily Manpower Attendance
- Daily Leave / OD / Over Time Posting
- Daily Attendance Register Entry
- Providing inputs for salary processing monthly basis
- Providing deduction from salary like canteen, penalty etc.
- Providing supporting scanned documents for Audit purpose
- Providing Leave/OD paper for salary support
- Checking Daily Contractor Manpower, Providing Manpower to Department, Labour Report, Labour Attendance Maintenance, Labour Bills Checking, Labour Compliances Checking, Details sending Head Office for Payment
- Manpower Bill, Food Bills, Travelling Bills, Electricity Bills, Water Bills, Guest House Bills, Vehicle Bills, Visitors Bills, Lesioning Bills etc.
- Grievance Handing (Employee / Labour)
- Miscellaneous work by Head Office / Plant Officials
- Coordinate for Interview, Monthly Celebrations, Labour Problems etc)
- Day to day HR / ADMIN Activities
- Arrangements of Vehicle / GH / Hotels / Food for Visitor & Officials Team
- Any Other work assigned by HOD from time to time

MBA Or related Qualification
