Job Description
We're looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Specialists to join our growing team Whether you're just starting your career or bringing experience to the table, if you're passionate about education and love connecting with people, we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential school clients, promoting our curriculum and training solutions, and generating leads. You'll also be eligible for attractive incentives based on lead conversions.
Responsibilities:
Identify and approach preschools, primary schools, and educational institutions for curriculum and training solutions.
Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Communicate product value, conduct presentations, and build long-term relationships with decision-makers.
Achieve weekly/monthly targets and provide regular reporting.
Work closely with the marketing and product teams for campaign execution.
Skills & Requirements:
Freshers are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and presentation skills.
Basic knowledge of the education industry is a plus.
Goal-driven and self-motivated attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for client meetings (if needed).
