Job Title: CRM Executive

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Department: Sales / Customer Relations

Company: OFR Telecom Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer follow-ups and maintain consistent communication.
  • Assist in proposal making and coordination with the sales team.
  • Handle order processing and ensure timely documentation.
  • Maintain smooth relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate order follow-up with the factory for production and dispatch updates.
  • Oversee dispatch tracking and ensure delivery timelines are met.
  • Collect and record customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including lead updates and CRM database maintenance.
  • Update and manage CRM system data for accurate customer and order tracking.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software
  • Detail-oriented with good follow-up ability
  • Customer-centric approach with a problem-solving attitude

Experience & Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration / Commerce)
  • 1–5 years of experience in CRM / Sales Coordination / Customer Support
