Our Client, a leading Hospital in Chennai is looking to expand their
Doctor Referral & Business Development
to strengthen their network with Hospitals, Clinics and Individual Practicioners.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage referral relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals.

  • Develop new partnerships to generate candidate or client leads.

  • Conduct regular field visits to hospitals and healthcare institutions.

  • Track and report referral performance through CRM or Excel dashboards.

  • Support marketing campaigns, seminars, and medical outreach programs.

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business, or Healthcare-related preferred).

-1–3 years of experience in doctor referral marketing, hospital BD, or healthcare sales.

-Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

-Self-driven, field-ready, and target-oriented.
