Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Collections Executive to manage the collection process for outstanding payments. The ideal candidate will handle customer follow-ups, resolve payment-related queries, and ensure timely recovery while maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels to follow up on outstanding dues.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and ensure timely collections.
  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
  • Coordinate with the accounts and finance team for payment reconciliations.
  • Address and resolve customer queries related to billing and payments.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports for management review.
  • Meet collection targets and deadlines set by the company.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during the collection process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in collections, credit control, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is an added advantage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
