Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role (PAN INDIA) for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing diagnostics, troubleshooting issues, and executing maintenance and repair tasks for photovoltaic module manufacturing equipment. Additional responsibilities include providing technical support and assistance to clients, addressing technical challenges on-site, and collaborating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction. The role will also involve conducting routine inspections and ensuring equipment operates at optimal efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Troubleshooting and problem resolution for technical and operational issues
  • Expertise in Field Service and on-site support with a customer-focused approach
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in Technical Support, including providing solutions and handling technical queries
  • Experience in equipment Maintenance & Repair to ensure seamless operations
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure environment
  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent practical experience
  • Familiarity with photovoltaic or solar industry equipment is an advantage
