Role & responsibilities
Operate and monitor the RO plant to ensure safe and efficient production of high-quality water
Conduct regular checks, adjustments, and maintenance of the plant equipment, including pumps, valves, filters, and membranes
Monitor and record operating parameters, such as flow rates, pressure, and water quality, to ensure compliance with standards
Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues and perform corrective actions as needed
Maintain accurate records of plant operations, maintenance activities, and water quality data
Follow all safety protocols and ensure the plant is operated in a safe and environmentally responsible manner
Assist in the training of new plant operators and work in collaboration with other team members to achieve production targets
Preferred candidate profile
ITI or equivalent required
Minimum of 4- 5 years of experience in operating water treatment plants, preferably RO plants
Strong understanding of water treatment processes and equipment, as well as knowledge of water quality standards.
Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
