Key Responsibilities

Depending on whether you are using Intune, Miradore or a mix — a comprehensive MDM/Endpoint-Admin should typically cover:

  • Configure, deploy and administer Intune (or Miradore) to manage Windows, macOS, Android, iOS devices across the organization. Rippling+2Miradore+2

  • Manage OS updates, patching, software updates and ensure all endpoint devices remain up to date and secure. Miradore+1
  • Troubleshoot enrollment issues, application deployment failures, device configuration issues, compliance failures, access problems, and collaborate with support and infrastructure teams for remediation.
  • Maintain proper documentation of device configurations, policies, user/device groups, processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and audit logs.
  • Provide 2nd/3rd level support for device-management issues; possibly mentor/support L1/L2 teams. Apna+1
  • Plan and execute migration or hybrid management strategies if integrating with legacy management platforms (e.g. on-prem tools, SCCM / Configuration Manager, co-management) or transitioning between MDM solutions (e.g. migrating from older MDM to Intune/Miradore).

Required Skills & Qualifications
