We're Hiring: Manager – Business Development (Germany Market)

Location: Bangalore, India

Industry: Healthcare Staffing / Nurse Recruitment

Languages Required: English + German (Fluent)

We are expanding our partnerships in Germany and are looking for a German-speaking Business Development Manager to build relationships with small hospitals, clinics and healthcare partners across Germany.

Key Responsibilities:


• Identify & onboard hospitals/clinics/channel partners in Germany


• Outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn & virtual meetings


• Present services, negotiate agreements & manage relationships


• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams


• Maintain CRM & weekly reports

Requirements:


• Fluent German & English (C1 preferred)


• 1–6 years in Business Development / International Sales / Recruitment


• Experience in healthcare staffing is a plus

Growth Opportunity:


• Work closely with the Germany market


• Opportunity to grow into Senior Manager BD (Germany) or Country Manager – Germany Market


• International exposure & client visits to Germany
