Job Title : CNC Operator / Setter

Experience : 2-5 yrs

Qualification : Any Graduate

Job Type : 12hrs work pattern along with OT

Responsibilities :

· Set up machines: Perform full machine setups, load raw materials, and install and adjust tooling, collets, and bushings.

· Read and interpret blueprints: Understand technical drawings, specifications, and geometric dimensions to ensure accurate machining.

· Program and adjust controls: Load programs, set machine parameters, and make adjustments to ensure the machine produces parts that meet specifications.

· Run test cycles: Conduct test runs and perform first-piece inspections to verify accuracy before full production.

· Operate machines: Monitor machine operation during production runs, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.

· Perform inspections: Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure they meet dimensional and quality requirements.

· Replace and sharpen tools: Sharpen and replace dull or worn-out cutting tools as needed.

· Conduct maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot malfunctions to ensure the machine is in good working order.

· Deburr parts: Clean and deburr finished parts to meet print specifications.

· Document processes: Accurately document machining processes and inspection results.

· Troubleshoot issues: Identify and resolve problems that arise during operation.

· Maintain a clean workspace: Keep the machine and work area clean and organized.

· Adhere to safety protocols: Follow all safety procedures and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
