Handling all the documentation process, perform the duties of IPQA, QMS SYSTEM9CHAIN CONTROL, DEVIATION,CAPA,APQR, BMR,BPR, INTERNAL AUDIT, ETC

A Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Executive's responsibilities may include: 
  • Quality assessments: Performing QA engagements, including preparing for onsite visits, conducting onsite visits, and preparing draft reports 

  • QA training workshops: Assisting with the preparation and promotion of QA training workshops 

  • Ad hoc projects: Working on ad hoc projects, such as annual dinners, awards presentations, and launches 

  • Product complaints: Receiving, investigating, and assessing product complaints 

  • Change controls: Evaluating change controls records, performing risk assessments, and checking for effectiveness 

  • Deviations: Receiving, investigating, and assessing deviations 

  • Corrective and preventive actions: Implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) 

  • Internal audits: Performing internal audits and self-inspections 

  • Quality risk management: Managing quality risk management (QRM) 

  • Regulatory guidelines: Understanding regulatory guidelines and correctly interpreting and implementing them 

  • Quality systems: Having knowledge of quality systems, such as handling deviations, change controls, and internal audits 

  • Training: Providing training to shop floor personnel
