Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the Junior Medical Equipment Sales role. This is a full-time position based in Noida. Ideal candidates should have up to 3 years of relevant work experience in sales of medical equipment, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a competitive market.
Qualifications and Skills
- Deep understanding and proven experience in sales of medical equipment (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in Salesforce to manage and analyze customer data effectively for better sales outcomes.
- Knowledge of medical device compliance and regulations to ensure adherence to industry standards and protocols.
- Strong product demonstration skills, effectively showcasing the benefits and features of medical equipment to potential clients.
- Exemplary negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and partnerships successfully.
- Technical product knowledge to address customer inquiries and provide optimal solutions tailored to their needs.
- Ability to conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and leverage insights for strategic sales planning.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share for medical equipment.
- Identify and seize new business opportunities by prospecting new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations to educate clients on the value and functionality of medical equipment.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address client inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas of growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and standards throughout the sales process.
