We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Program Coordinator / Junior Program Manager who can support project planning, communication, and coordination across teams. This role is ideal for someone starting their career and has strong communication, organization, and people-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities1. Coordination & Support

  • Assist in planning, tracking, and organizing project tasks.
  • Follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain task lists, project documents, and meeting notes.

2. Communication & Collaboration

  • Act as the point of contact between internal teams (Design, Development, QA, Product).
  • Escalate issues or delays to the senior manager when needed.
  • Clearly communicate updates, requirements, and changes.

3. Meetings & Reporting

  • Schedule and facilitate internal meetings, standups, and reviews.
  • Prepare simple reports on progress, timelines, and blockers.
  • Share regular updates with the senior program manager or leadership.

4. Quality & Process

  • Ensure tasks follow the defined process and quality checks.
  • Help identify gaps or small improvements in workflows.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Basic understanding of project or task management.
  • Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and responsible.

Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge of project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Notion, Trello, Asana).
  • Understanding of software development workflows (not mandatory).
  • Internship experience in project/program/operations is a plus.
