Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Salesperson based in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing product knowledge, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily tasks include assisting with sales, ensuring proper display and organization of merchandise, and maintaining a positive shopping experience for customers. Collaboration with team members to meet sales targets and uphold store standards is also an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Knowledge skills and the ability to explain product details effectively
• Experience in Retail Sales and the ability to drive sales performance
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with customers
• Sales skills, with a focus on meeting customer needs and achieving sales goals
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to adapt to changing retail environments
• Prior experience in a retail setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
