Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with global brand vision. Localize global marketing campaigns for relevance in Indian and Surrounding Country (Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh & Nepal ) markets
  • Conduct regular market scans to track competitor activity, pricing, and trends.
  • Commission consumer research to uncover unmet needs and design preferences. Build and strengthen brand equity in the region.Define and evolve the brands identity to reflect premium design, sustainability, innovation and quality.
  • Oversee 360-degree campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms. Collaborate with product and sales teams to launch new collections with impact.
  • Coordinate with global HQ for alignment and approvals on key brand communication.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives including website localization, SEO/SEM, and performance media.
  • Optimize digital presence across marketplaces, brand website, and dealer microsites
  • Leverage analytics to improve ROI and customer acquisition cost

    Supervise social media strategies tailored to premium Indian and Surrounding Country (Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh & Nepal) segments and channels. Design channel-specific campaigns for dealers, retailers, and premium distributors. Develop POS materials and retail marketing strategy, especially for experience centers and partner showrooms.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team across India and Surrounding Country (Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh & Nepal)

    Foster cross functional collaboration with sales, product, design, and supply chain.
  • Understand and navigate unique regulatory, cultural, and economic landscapes of countries like Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, etc. Set tailored marketing strategies for each country depending on brand maturity and market dynamics.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • An ideal candidate would be a Management Graduate with 15-20 years experience in Marketing and Brand functions with organizations of repute.
