About the Role – Venue Manager (VM)

The Venue Manager oversees daily operations and ensures a great customer experience at assigned Hudle sports facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all bookings, payments, and add-ons via the Hudle App.
  • Maintain facility readiness, hygiene, and functionality of utilities.
  • Handle offline bookings, collections, and inventory requisitions.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and weekly reporting.
  • Organize community games, events, and business activations.
  • Ensure proper branding, signage, and equipment availability.
  • Support staff training, policy implementation, and compliance.
  • Operate key platforms like Connecteam and Slack effectively.
  • Represent Hudle with professionalism, integrity, and ownership.

Requirements

Graduate with a passion for sports.

  • Tech-savvy with good communication (Hindi required; English preferred).
  • Strong integrity, punctuality, and customer service orientation.
  • Experience in hospitality, retail, QSR, or facility management preferred.
