Position: Senior Training Coordinator

Location: Sector 34, Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Experience: 0–2 years

Shift Timings: Rotational shifts (including night shifts)

Transport: Cabs available within the hiring zone

Role Overview

The Senior Training Coordinator is responsible for organizing and managing training programs, events, and workshops. The role involves scheduling, logistics, communication, and coordination with trainers and vendors to ensure smooth execution of all training activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage training operations in the Learning Management System (enrollment, scheduling, cancellations, and reports).
  • Coordinate venues, facilities, and equipment setup for training sessions and events.
  • Communicate with instructors, vendors, and participants.
  • Handle training-related queries via phone and email.
  • Maintain financial reports and prepare daily/weekly updates.
  • Ensure all training logistics and onsite arrangements are completed as per guidelines.

Educational Qualification
  • Education: Graduates (B.A., B.Com, BBA, BHM, B.Sc, B.Tech–Mech/Biotech).
  • Postgraduates: Distance P.G. can apply.
  • Not Eligible: B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE), MBA, MCA.

Skills

Experience

Skills:
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts (night shift allowance provided).
