Role / Title: Territory In-charge

Reporting To: Territory Manager 

Department:  Services – Inspections (PI)

Location: 

Role Objective:

To drive business growth and operational expansion of pre-inspection services, focusing on Daily business operation, and establishing strong relationships with insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:


• Service Provider Onboarding & Management:

Develop a reliable and quality-driven partner network; ensure training, onboarding compliance, and performance monitoring of all field resources.


• Business Development:

Build relationships with insurance companies, brokers, and TPAs to generate pre-inspection business requirements.


• Operational Oversight:

Ensure timely and quality execution of inspection tasks, TAT adherence, and service-level compliance.

Address operational challenges and implement corrective actions proactively.

Key Metrics:


• Increase in inspection volume


• SLA/TAT performance


• Regional operational efficiency

Requirements:


• Graduate


• years of experience in business development or operations in the insurance services domain (preferably pre-inspection, surveys, or TPAs)


• Understanding of break-in insurance ecosystem


• Field team and vendor management experience
