Job Description:
The role involves managing customer relationship, supervising the maintenance of distributed energy systems, invoice submission, collection, interfacing with the maintenance teams of customer, Equipment Suppliers, DISCOMs and Systems Engineering Centre of the company.
Experience Range:
6 - 8 years
Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation

Job Responsibilities:
The person would be responsible for the P&L and the customer satisfaction or the net promoter score for the territory assigned. This is a field job and involves managing channel partners and training them.
The job also involves signing up new customers in the defined operations territory through referrals and channel partner activity.

The person should have 3 to 4 years' experience in a techno-commercial field operations role.
