Education : Graduate / MBA or any equivalent qualification or relevant experience

Skills Required:

  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Have Experience in sourcing for IT/Tech Permanent and/or Lateral Roles.
  • Sound understanding of the recruitment industry
  • Hands-on experience in permanent staffing
  • Ability to build strong professional networks and engage effectively with candidates.
  • Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requirement gathering to closure.
  • Understand client requirements and design a search plan to identify suitable candidates.
  • Source talent through diverse channels: databases, job boards, headhunting, referrals, and networking.
  • Engage, influence, and counsel candidates to help them make informed career decisions.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates by assessing profile fitment to job requirements.
  • Build and nurture candidate relationships to access active and passive talent pools.
  • Handle interview scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Establish and strengthen client/candidate relationships to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Take complete ownership of the recruitment life cycle with timely closures.
  • Conduct regular market mapping to track industry trends and talent availability.
