  • Recruit, train & manage DSA team
  • Generate and monitor leads through DSAs
  • Build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Achieve monthly sales & business target.

Requirements

  • Strong communication & leadership skills
  • Ability to meet targets and manage field operations
  • Local market knowledge (Nedumkandam/Idukki preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
