About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced General Foreman with 3–4 years of construction experience to lead field crews, supervise daily site activities, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a key leadership role on our job sites.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate on-site construction crews and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all work is completed according to plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Manage daily jobsite operations and report progress to the site superintendent or project manager.
  • Maintain schedules, assign tasks, and ensure productivity targets are met.
  • Inspect work quality and resolve on-site issues promptly.
  • Coordinate delivery of materials, equipment, and tools.
  • Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across the site.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of construction experience, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, job site operations, and safety practices.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Valid driver's license required.
