Grade Level (for internal use):

We are seeking highly motivated interns to join our team and assist in the management and enhancement of our data collection processes. Assist in extracting and annotating professional data using the Foreseer tool and other annotation platforms, ensuring high accuracy by cross-referencing with source materials. You will be responsible for transferring data from various internal and external sources into our data collection application. Your role will involve populating new data points through analysis of external and internal sources such as websites, industry publications, client lists, SEC filings, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Transfer data from diverse internal and external sources into the data collection application.

Conduct thorough checks on existing data for discrepancies and duplicates, making necessary changes to ensure consistency and uniformity according to specified rules.

Ensure the accuracy and comprehensiveness of companies' existing data.

Identify solutions to eliminate discrepancies and missing information from the database.

Populate new data points by analyzing external and internal sources.

Web Crawler maintenance task focusing on the maintaining existing Web Crawler and writing new crawlers for new firms.

Collect information from online sources and track manager information on funds, verifying existing information as needed.

Review factsheets, ADV, and registries to identify managers on funds.

Work closely with Subject Matter Experts on data support projects, ensuring projects are ready for distribution to the research teams.
