Installation & Maintenance

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical panels, motors, wiring, switches, and control systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to reduce downtime.
  • Inspect electrical components for hazards, defects, and compliance issues.

Troubleshooting

  • Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in machinery, production lines, and building systems.
  • Use testing tools (multimeters, megger, clamp meters) to identify issues.
  • Respond promptly to breakdowns and support maintenance teams in restoring equipment.

Technical Support

  • Assist engineers in commissioning new equipment and preparing test reports.
  • Support calibration and maintenance of electrical instruments and sensors.
  • Maintain documentation including maintenance logs, checklists, and work orders.

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow electrical safety standards and ensure all work is done as per regulations.
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and safe working practices around high-voltage equipment.
  • Support audits and compliance checks for electrical systems.

Coordination

  • Work with production, mechanical, and utility teams to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Communicate equipment status, downtime issues, and improvement suggestions to supervisors.
