Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Flutter Developer with strong expertise in building scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Flutter and native mobile development (iOS/Android) along with the ability to integrate SDKs, build modular architectures, and optimize app performance for enterprise-grade products.

Responsibilities

Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure mobile applications using Flutter for enterprise SaaS solutions.

Implement modular, reusable, and maintainable code following best architectural practices.

Build responsive and adaptive UIs for iOS and Android, ensuring adherence to platform-specific guidelines.

Implement and maintain efficient state management for large-scale applications.

Build and integrate custom SDKs, plugins, and native modules for platform-specific functionality.

Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality features.

Optimize application performance including startup time, memory usage, and handling large datasets.

Ensure app reliability, offline-first capabilities, and secure data persistence (SQL, Core Data).

Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps ensuring automated builds, testing, and releases.

Keep up with Flutter ecosystem updates and recommend improvements and innovations.

Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience in Flutter for mobile and web application development.

Strong expertise in iOS and Android frameworks with working knowledge of Kotlin, Swift, and UIKit.

Proficiency with databases such as Core Data, SQL, or similar systems.

Experience in building SDKs and creating custom iOS/Android frameworks.

Solid understanding of Apple's design principles and application interface guidelines.

Experience with Flutter state management libraries (Provider, MobX, etc.) and responsive UI design.

Strong knowledge of native bridging between Flutter and platform-specific code.

Experience publishing applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Exposure to cross-platform/multiplatform integrations.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
