Sales Officer – (FMCG)

Location: Ayodhya, Gorakhpur and Jhansi

Experience: 3+ years (FMCG preferred)

Education: Graduate in any field

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distributor Onboarding & Management: Identify, recruit, and maintain strong relationships with distributors.
  • Market & Retail Expansion: Grow market share by establishing beats, visiting retailers, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Sales Achievement: Meet primary & secondary sales targets, including SKU-wise and retailer penetration goals.
  • Team Management: Build and lead a team of Sales Executives; set targets, plan beats, and drive performance.
  • Reporting & Inventory: Track sales, market feedback, and manage distributor stock levels to avoid over/understocking.
  • Customer Support: Address retailer/distributor concerns promptly.
  • Marketing Coordination: Support product visibility and local promotions in coordination with the marketing team.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience (FMCG preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with local market and distributor network
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Willingness to travel extensively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250, ₹450,000.00 per month
