Role: Client Success Manager - Sales
Job Location: Marine Drive

Operational Office: Kanjurmarg, Central Mumbai

Role Overview:
We're looking for a polished, service-oriented professional to be the face of our luxury interiors brand.
This role blends front desk excellence, client relationship management, and administrative
coordination, ensuring a premium experience for High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and VIP clients.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, strong organizational capabilities,
and a passion for working with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and VIP clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ultra-luxury sales opportunity to Source and Serve HNI and ultra HNI clients with luxury
marketing initiatives and acquaint them with the global standards of design that Design
First has to offer

• Identify business opportunities by researching and engaging with potential prospects via
events, shows, cold calling, collaborations with luxury brands, iconic residential projects,
high end consumer brands, and other avenues.

• Arrange and attend meetings with lead designers, architects and clients and assist them
in understanding our Design Philosophy and what we can deliver

• Give and arrange tours of the Design First - Marine Drive spaces to the client, take note
of their preferences, share insights internally, create detailed client profiles, and assist in
expediting commercial discussions.

• Conceptualize and execute events and customer engaging activities and constantly work
on innovative ideas to generate leads via web based and direct sales channels


• Research industry trends and provide constant input on how to make the brand have a
strong presence in the market

• Maintain a record of all activities and meetings done on daily basis in a daily reporting
format in a systematic way so that it can be pivoted for follow ups and analytics at any
given time. Database could be of clients, partners, homeowners, commercial
establishments, or any other consultant and share it with management regularly

Who Qualifies?

Education

• MBA from a premium institute or international university.

• Candidates with a Master's in construction management, who are keen to explore sales,
client-facing or business development roles in the luxury interiors space.
Experience

• 4-10 years' experience as an individual contributor in a luxury brand or luxury sales or
bespoke sale, luxury design

• Passion for luxury interiors, design, and refined aesthetics is a strong advantage.
Skills & Attributes

• Proven expertise or interest in luxury hospitality, travel, or premium service sales (e.g.,
SOTC, Thomas Cook, High-end luxury weddings, premium private banking).

• Excellent customer handling skills, proven record in handling Ultra HNI and HNI clients

• Ability, efficiency and exposure of luxury marketing, high end sales in addition to luxury
design

• Excellent verbal and written communication, excellent sales pitching and presentation
skills via physical/ virtual mediums

• Ability to solve problems creatively.

• Ability to conceptualize marketing strategies and execute client acquisition initiatives.

• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in client records and service delivery.

• Tech-savvy — proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and basic ERP knowledge.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a luxury mindset — poised, articulate, and client-centric.

• A proactive problem solver with creativity and business acumen.

While we prefer a great track record in Luxury Sales, we also welcome candidates with
limited experience but very high aspiration for luxury and an eagerness to go through a star
rated rigorous training program to learn on the job to apply

Work Timings:

• Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Saturday: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Half Day)
