Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare and maintain books of accounts as per accounting standards and organizational policies.
  • Manage vendor and member payments, invoices, and documentation.
  • Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
  • Support audit activities and coordinate with statutory and internal auditors.
  • Maintain financial statements, ledgers, and balance sheets.
  • Monitor budget utilization and expense tracking for various events, programs, and projects.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.
  • Handle bank correspondence and assist in fund management and reconciliation.

Maintain membership subscription records and coordinate with the admin team for dues collection and renewals
