Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and motivated
B2B Lead Generation Executive
to support our sales team in identifying and qualifying potential corporate clients. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in B2B outreach, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with CRM and lead-generation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality B2B leads through outbound channels (email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, etc.)
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations (HR, Benefits, Wellness Heads, etc.)
- Assist in executing targeted lead generation campaigns for global markets (US, UK, MENA, etc.)
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospect and communication data
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the business development team
- Coordinate with marketing to ensure lead generation aligns with current campaigns
- Track basic KPIs like email response rates, outreach volume, and lead quality
- Support in improving outreach scripts, templates, and targeting lists
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–2 years
of experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales (preferably in SaaS, health tech, or wellness) - Ability to identify and generate qualified leads consistently
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and meet lead-generation targets
- Basic understanding of international corporate wellness markets is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Experience using outbound email and LinkedIn automation tools
- Awareness of healthcare or wellness industry trends
- Exposure to international B2B outreach (US/UK/EMEA/APAC)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to review performance and improve strategy
