Position Overview:

Rupeek Fintech Pvt Ltd is seeking a PR & Integrated Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic PR initiatives. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing brand perception, increasing brand recall, and achieving impactful outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive B2B and B2C PR strategies to deliver outstanding results.

Execute PR initiatives aligned with Rupeek's key communication pillars.

Take full ownership of end-to-end PR operations and manage key projects.

Elevate brand perception and drive increased brand recall.

Create, edit, and manage written communication materials, including press releases, holding statements, articles, pitch notes, Q&As, and more.

Plan and coordinate speaking engagements, conferences, seminars, and industry events.

Respond promptly to media requests, providing research, quotes, photos, interviews, and other materials as needed.

Monitor, report on, and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and investments against predefined objectives and key performance indicators.

Manage multiple projects concurrently, even under pressure.

Apply a digital-first approach to integrated communications.

Demonstrate strong ideation skills to develop high-impact stories and campaigns.

Execute PR campaigns across various media, social platforms, and engagement channels.

Identify strategies for impeccable execution of shared-earned-owned (SEO) media.

A sense of urgency, excellent execution skills, and proficient project management.
