Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Female Primary English Teacher to join our school. The candidate should have a passion for teaching young learners, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make English learning enjoyable and interactive.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English to primary school students using engaging and age-appropriate methods.
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities in line with the school curriculum.
• Foster reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills among students.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress through tests, assignments, and regular feedback.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive, supportive classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and behavior.
• Participate in school events, training programs, and academic planning meetings.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent command over spoken and written English.
• Strong classroom management skills and ability to handle young learners patiently.
• Creative and interactive teaching methods to make lessons engaging.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
• Proficiency with basic educational technology and digital tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
