Role & responsibilities :
• Understanding of the Retrofitting & Revamping order work flow right from enquiry

/ RFQ, technical query, Offer, Order execution & post installation / commissioning

support to front end team

  • Understanding of Customer / Dealer requirements, reading of RFQ Sheets / tender

document

  • Thermal Sizing, Mechanical design (IBR/EN/ASME) calculations for Solid fuel Boilers

/ TF Heaters / Hot Water / Hot Gas-Air Generators and their accessories.

  • Preparation/Review of P&ID, selection of boiler components like fans, pumps,

valves and instruments.

  • Preparing and replying to deviation sheets / TQ sheets and effective

communication with customer / consultant

  • Item / component level costing, total system / package costing
  • Preparing techno-commercial proposal/offer as per the Customer requirement
  • Effective communication with Cross Functional Team, Vendors and Customers
  • Coordinating and communication with front end as well as back end team after the

receipt of order

  • Conducting OTM and giving clarity to execution team for order execution

Preferred candidate profile :
• Good knowledge of Boilers and heaters along with their auxiliary equipment and

systems

  • Field / Site experience, understanding of basic function of Boiler / Heater

components

  • Good Knowledge of Heat transfer and sizing of heat transfer equipment
  • Boiler/ Heater component sizing and selection
  • ERP / SFDC / Sales Portal / Auto-cad / Solid Edge system knowledge
  • Smart / Innovative thinking for automating offering of repetitive inquiries
  • Excel and VBA programming
  • Effective communication skills (Written and verbal)
