Roles and Responsibilities

We are recruiting a Qualtrics 360 Feedback Consultant in our Global Digital HR Technologies team. 

This position will provide technical and functional support for 360 Feedback projects. In this capacity, the position will be key in supporting the 360 Feedback operational activities for member firms through system delivery requirements. This requires strong attention to detail in effectively coordinating activities and communication. 

This role is critical in providing support to member firms in delivering a high-quality survey set up and administration. 

In this capacity, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Confirming that all data which we share and receive is accurate from member firms.
  • Accountability for delivering project milestones.
  • Collation, reconciliation, and analysis of datafiles from all member firms.
  • SharePoint design and administration support knowledge is added advantage.
  • Troubleshoot survey participant's technical issues and escalate as appropriate to the Qualtrics Support Team for further investigation.
  • Creating and understanding Qualtrics dashboard.
  • Ad hoc report and compliance report support.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to assess the priority of tasks and action accordingly.
  • Self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to work independently in a global virtual team involving people from many cultures and  varying language skills.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours to coordinate, plan and attend conference calls to support a global audience in various time zones.
  • Basic system administration knowledge.
  • Technically sound with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with the primary focus on Excel

Education/ Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Engineering or Technology (mandatory).
  • Master of Business Administration (good to have).
