Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Prompt Engineer for a full-time position located on-site in Guntur East. In this role, you will design, test, and optimize AI-driven prompt solutions across various conversational interfaces. Daily tasks include analyzing data to enhance AI language performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, refining prompt strategies, and documenting best practices for prompt development. You will also contribute to improving the user experience by ensuring high-quality and accurate responses within the system.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in AI prompt engineering, NLP (Natural Language Processing), and training machine learning models.
  • Strong problem-solving, research, and analytical capabilities to optimize AI-driven solutions.
  • Experience in technical documentation, clear communication, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Background in computer science, AI, or data science, with a strong grasp of programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Knowledge of prompt tuning, fine-tuning large language models, and familiarity with tools like OpenAI or similar platforms.
  • Attention to detail, creativity in designing conversational AI solutions, and the ability to adapt to technological advancements.
  • Experience in AI ethics, UX design for AI systems, or cloud computing platforms like AWS or Google Cloud is a plus.
