Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to provide accurate property valuations and market insights to clients. Stay informed about real estate market trends, competition, and local market conditions.
- Property Showings & Sales:
- Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings. Present properties and services appropriately to meet client requirements.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure:
- Prepare competitive offers and negotiate terms for buying, selling, or leasing properties. Guide clients through the closing process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Sales Performance:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and generating revenue.
