Position: General Manager / General Manager Accounts & Finance

Experience: 20 years ( Current Age 45 years and above )

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Location: Punjab ( Ropar )

CTC upto 35 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Financial Reporting:

2. Oversee end-to-end accounting operations for the company and its subsidiaries

2. Cost Efficiency:

• Drive cost optimization and margin improvement strategies for the Industry.

3. Taxation & Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure accurate and timely compliance with Income Tax, GST, ROC filings, and other statutory requirements.

4. Audit Management:

• Ensure timely completion of statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits with clean reporting and minimal observations.

5.Internal Controls & Risk Management:

• Establish, monitor, and enhance internal control systems and risk mitigation measures.

6. ERP & MIS Systems:

• Lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of SAP and other financial systems.
• Ensure timely preparation and analysis of MIS reports for management decision-making.

7.Cash Flow & Treasury Management:

• Monitor daily cash flows, working capital requirements, and fund utilization; manage banking relationships.

8.Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in alignment with business goals.

9. Strategic Financial Planning:

• Support top management in long-term financial planning, project evaluation, and investment decisions.

10. Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team to ensure high performance and compliance.

11.Stakeholder Management:

• Liaise with internal departments, auditors, consultants, and external stakeholders including banks, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
