We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager for a full-time position. This role is critical to driving revenue growth, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. The Sales Manager will lead a team of sales representatives, develop and implement strategic sales plans, and ensure achievement of sales targets. Success in this role requires a blend of leadership, analytical thinking, and exceptional communication skills. Integrated Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and achieve assigned targets – requires proven experience in sales management and strategic planning.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans – aligned with strong market analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Manage and mentor sales representatives to optimize performance – demands team leadership and coaching skills.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships – supported by excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities – linked to analytical thinking and business development expertise.
  • Represent the company at client meetings and industry events – requires presentation skills and fluency in multiple languages.
  • Meet Chartered Accountants (CAs) and key decision-makers in the business – demands confidence and relationship management experience.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and conduct product demos – connected to technical understanding and persuasive communication.
  • Prepare and manage budgets effectively – requires financial acumen and data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead and handle the sales team to ensure high performance – supported by leadership experience and performance optimization skills.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in sales management within the financial and ITeS industries.

Fluency in English, Hindi, local/native language, and South Indian languages.

Core Competencies: Sales, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Team Leadership, Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, Problem-Solving.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields; MBA preferred.
