An entry -level recruiting role focused on sourcing,screening, and coordinating talent for the TAG team with hands -on exposure tofull -cycle recruitment. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn talentacquisition best practices, employer branding, and recruitment operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, campus outreach, referrals, and social media.Screening resumes and conducting initial phone/video screens to assess fit and interest.Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, including follow -ups and feedback collection.Maintaining applicant tracking system records and updating candidate pipelines.Supporting employer branding activities such as job postings, campus events, and recruitment campaigns.Assisting with offer preparation, background check coordination, and onboarding logistics for new hires.Preparing regular recruitment metrics and status reports for the TAG hiring team.Participating in process improvement initiatives to streamline candidate experience and recruiter efficiency.Required QualificationsEducation: Currently pursuing or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills.Organization: Ability to manage multiple requisitions and follow -up tasks with attention to detail.Tech Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite and quick to learn ATS/HR tools.Attitude: Proactive, coachable, and customer -service oriented.Work Authorization: Eligible to intern in the hiring location.Preferred QualificationsExposure: Prior internship or volunteer experience in recruitment, HR, campus placements, or sales.Tools: Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, an ATS, or sourcing tools.Data Mindset: Basic comfort with recruitment metrics and reporting.Domain Interest: Interest or prior exposure to TAG team's domain or technical hiring is an advantage.Learning and GrowthMentorship: Direct mentorship from senior TAG recruiters and hiring managers.Training: Structured onboarding on sourcing, interviewing, ATS usage, and employer branding.Experience: Real ownership of end -to -end tasks for selected roles and exposure to hiring strategy discussions.Feedback: Regular performance reviews with clear development goals and measurable KPIs.
