Who we are

Insyd is the next-generation social web for Architects, designed to help them engage and grow with their community. Dedicated to non-disruptive, collaborative change, Insyd enables the growth of individuals and businesses in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry. Incubated at NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore, and recognized by Startup India, Insyd aspires to have Indian architects and materials shape world architecture. Founders are BITS and SPA engineer-architect duo with 15 years of combined experience with startups and top MNCs.

This role entails

  • Developing and nurture relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
  • Explaining, demonstrating, and tailoring technical products or services to meet customer needs
  • Preparing, delivering, and presenting technical proposals, quotes, and product demonstrations
  • Developing a pipeline by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Utilising CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities

You're an awesome fit if you have:

  • 1+ years of experience in technical sales or a customer-facing technical role
  • Strong market research and market analysis skills
  • Experience building sales systems (CRMs, analytics, workflows etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are a self-motivated individual with a growth mindset

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in the AEC industry
  • Prior startup experience
  • A degree in Marketing or Sales

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
