We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Creative Engineering team and help build scalable, high-performing applications that power our platform. You will work across the stack—from designing backend APIs to building intuitive frontend interfaces—while contributing to architectural decisions and mentoring other engineers. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist who is passionate about building reliable systems, enabling developer velocity, and leveraging modern infrastructure.
Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using backend technologies such as PHP (Laravel), , or Spring Boot and frontend frameworks like React, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS.
• Implement scalable APIs, microservices, and data flows that support business-critical functionality.
• Drive frontend development best practices, ensuring performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features end-to-end.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent.
• Contribute to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Terraform to manage and scale AWS cloud environments.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and observability across services.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and mentoring junior developers.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to our stack.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a full stack capacity.
• Strong backend development expertise in one or more of: PHP (Laravel), , or Spring Boot/Java.
• Proven frontend experience with React, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred, Jenkins/CircleCI acceptable).
• Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, ECS/Fargate, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFront, etc.).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform strongly preferred).
• Solid understanding of system design, distributed systems, and modern software architecture.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and caching technologies (e.g., Redis).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an agile team.
• Experience mentoring and supporting mid-level/junior engineers.

Nice-to-Haves

• Exposure to containerization/orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with serverless architectures.
• Background in performance optimization and application monitoring (e.g., Datadog, New Relic).
• Previous work in high-scale environments (AdTech, FinTech, or SaaS a plus).
