Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to handle inbound & outbound calls, qualify leads, and support the sales team with site visit bookings. You will be the first point of contact for customers and play a crucial role in generating business for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 120+ outbound calls per day to fresh & existing leads.
- Qualify leads based on budget, location, requirement, and timeline.
- Maintain CRM lead updates, follow-ups, and call notes.
- Share project details, USPs, pricing, and location advantages.
- Fix site visits and coordinate with Sales Managers & DMs.
- Ensure high follow-up frequency to increase conversion.
- Handle basic objections and redirect hot leads to sales team.
- Work closely with Cluster Head for daily call targets & reporting.
Required Skills
- Good communication in English & Hindi/Kannada.
- Confident speaking skills and customer handling ability.
- Basic understanding of real estate; training will be provided.
- Ability to handle high call volume with consistency.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- Minimum 6 months of telecalling/telesales/pre-sales experience (real estate preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
- Must be comfortable with daily targets and fast-paced work culture.
