Eligibility criteria:-  

Candidates should have Bachelor s Degree, 

1 year Fire Officer course with NFSC Nagpur/ SFTC Maharashtra or 1 year diploma in fire technology and safety management from MSBTE/AICTE, 5 - 7 years of overall work experience in the related field with min 1 year in real estate company

Roles & Responsibility:-

· Ensure conducting of Fire & Safety Training is imparted to Emergency Response team quarterly and Evacuation drill conducted twice a year to entire residents, Security Personals and other facility team periodically.

· Always ensure that all firefighting, fire detection system, public address system, first aid fire extinguishers equipment s and appliances at locations are in serviceable 24x7 and in auto regime.

· Make sure Fire Alarm Public Address & Firefighting systems are under AMC with qualified license holder vendor.

· Make sure that the unit is adhered to the issued Fire NOC terms, if not then it is brought into notice of Senior Management.

· Make sure form B for every Institution is issued twice a year.

· Conduct fire safety trainings for all associates include third party.

· Regular training of Emergency Response Teams, medical ERT, fire ERT & Security ERT and conducting mocks on fortnightly basis.

· To co-ordinate with local Fire Department to inspect and indicate the mandatory requirements of the Fire Department.

· Conduct Evacuation Drill with coordination with Police as well as nearest local Fire Department team or in presence of both the authorities once annually.

· Personally check the entire Firefighting equipment s are in good working condition. E.g. Fire Alarm / Public Address systems, Fire Hydrants, Fire Pumps, Sprinkler System, Fire Extinguishers, fire tanks always full, Emergency lights, Signage s etc.

· Carry out inspections on Fire Extinguisher s refilling and new requirements.

· Ensure PPE (Personal Protective Equipment s) are made available at all locations and also to instruct floor laboratory HOD to ensure personals are making use PPE s to avoid any casualties at the residential projects.

· Attending and Closing all fire safety related complaints.

· Maintain sound coordination with all the CHS's inside the complex.

· Assist Project Security Head in the compliance of all fire & safety guidelines in the residential project.
