Job Role & Responsibilities:-
  • Creating predictive models for AI and ML-based features. 
  • Writing efficient, reusable, testable, and scalable code. 
  • Understanding, analyzing, and implementing – Business needs, feature modification requests, conversion into software components. 
  • Designing and implementing – High availability and low latency applications, data protection, and security features. 
  • Performance tuning and automation of applications. 
  • Enhancing the functionalities of current software systems. 
Skills-
  • Expert in solution building using AI/ML/DL open sources and libraries
  • Expert in python programming
  • Problem Solving and Analytical skills
  • Competence to write clear, optimized, necessary code
  • Capability to solve complex technical issues, comprehend risks prior to the circumstance. 
  • Self Learning, Motivated and Fast Learner 
  • Data analytical, thinking, and troubleshooting skills
Tools –
  • Tensorflow, pytourch, bert, debert / latest libraries for text analytics problems
Technical background
  • AI Developer - Text Analytics/NLP/NER  - Must have a working knowledge of AI, ML, NLP, NER (Named Entity Recognition), Deep Learning, text analytics, recommendation engines - Libraries like Tensorflow, Keras, Pytorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
  • Ability to build solutions to real-world problems using AI/ML/DL (in NLP/Text mainly)
  • Candidate having HR domain-related projects will be preferred
  • Reinforcement learning will be a plus
  • Must have experience at least 1 year on AI/ML/Dl projects
  • Specialization/certification in Artificial intelligence will be a plus

Note: We will not consider candidates with only image/video-related projects in AI/ML.  Only required candidates with Text analytics experience. Ignore candidates having experience only in image processing projects
