Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Business Analyst based in Coimbatore. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, improving business processes, and delivering actionable insights to support organizational goals. The Business Analyst will continuously collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment between business needs and technical implementations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Business Analysis tools and methodologies
  • Experience in evaluating and optimizing Business Processes
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and document Business Requirements accurately
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools for analyzing and mapping business workflows
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role or tech sector background is advantageous
