Job Title: Customer Care Executive Trainer

Location: Daltonganj, Jharkhand

Responsibilities:

  • Train candidates on customer care, communication & soft skills
  • Conduct theory & practical sessions as per DDU-KK standards
  • Maintain trainee attendance & progress records
  • Support in mobilization & other assigned works

Requirements:

  • Graduate with strong communication skills in English and Hindi
  • TOT Certified from NSDC (mandatory)
  • 1–2 years BPO / Customer Care experience preferred
  • Local language knowledge desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17, ₹20,000.00 per month
