Role : Desktop Support Engineer

Experience: 1.5 to 3 years

Work Mode: 6 Days Working | Rotational Shifts

We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Engineer who can ensure smooth network operations and provide strong technical support to our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, software, and peripherals
  • Provide user support (onsite & remote)
  • Manage IT assets and perform system upgrades
  • Monitor network performance and ensure security
  • Maintain documentation of incidents and solutions
  • Collaborate with IT team and train users on IT policies

Skills Required:

  • Understanding of desktop hardware and networking equipment
  • Basics of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Familiar with routers, switches, firewalls
  • Strong troubleshooting & communication skills
  • Knowledge of network security best practices
  • Preferred Certifications: Network+ / CCNA
