Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to manage and grow our influencer collaborations. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with influencers, coordinating content, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, reach out to, and onboard influencers across social media platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with influencers and act as the primary point of contact.
  • Negotiate collaborations, deliverables, timelines, and compensation.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals.
  • Create and suggest content ideas for influencers as per brand guidelines.
  • Review influencer content (photos, videos, captions) before publishing to ensure quality and brand fit.
  • Track campaign progress, collect deliverables, and ensure timely posting.
  • Maintain a database of influencers and campaign performance.
  • Monitor engagement, reach, and overall performance metrics of influencer content.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in influencer marketing or social media coordination preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop content ideas.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines while working remotely.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Ability to write engaging captions or script ideas.
  • Familiarity with influencer tools or CRM platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of photo/video editing (optional).
