Job summary

Responsible for accurate inbound/outbound weighing, dispatch coordination, documentation, and smooth execution of truck movements at the crusher plant weighbridge. Ensures compliance with quality, safety and statutory requirements while minimising turn-around time and discrepancies.

Key responsibilities

• Operate weighbridge accurately for inbound raw material and outbound finished product (load and tare recording).
• Verify vehicle documents (waybills, permits, gate passes), check material details and match with dispatch schedules.
• Issue weighment tickets, delivery challans, and ensure entry in ERP/logbook; reconcile daily weighment records.
• Coordinate with Production, Loading, Transport, Stores and Sales teams for on-time dispatch and truck scheduling.
• Inspect trucks during weighment for spillage, overloading and basic safety compliance; escalate discrepancies.
• Prepare and handover dispatch documents to drivers/transporters; ensure signatures and acknowledgements.
• Monitor truck queues and manage priority loading to minimise waiting time.
• Conduct daily closing—generate weighbridge reports, register variations, and share with Plant Incharge/Shift Incharge.
• Assist in stock reconciliation between physical, weighbridge and ERP records.
• Support audits, statutory inspections and maintain cleanliness/maintenance of weighbridge area and equipment.
• Follow and enforce safety procedures (PPE, traffic flow, spill control) and report incidents immediately.
• Train and supervise weighbridge helpers/dispatch assistants when required.

Qualifications & experience

• 12th pass or Diploma (Mechanical/Mining/IT preferred).
• 1–4 years' experience in weighbridge operations / dispatch at crusher, mining, cement or bulk material handling plants.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel) and experience entering transactions in ERP or weighbridge software.
• Knowledge of commercial documents: delivery challan, invoice basics, waybill, E-waybill (if applicable).

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
