Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Location Manager Agency Channel to lead and manage our branch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through the recruitment, training, and development of insurance advisors and achieving the branchs sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the branch team to achieve business targets.
  • Recruit, train, and develop insurance advisors and business partners.
  • Drive sales through effective relationship management and field activities.
  • Ensure branch profitability and maintain healthy business mix.
  • Monitor and support advisors performance, ensuring high levels of productivity.
  • Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Life Insurance Sales (Agency Channel preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales and recruitment targets.
  • Ability to work independently and handle a team effectively.
